Saturday 1st June, my week
Yo i am cringe, i gush, i'm weird. writing styles differ, might post some here or on wattpad idk
Saturday morning
my week was fun because i got sick last Saturday, mum kept me home for two days and on the 3rd day, i rose and walked to school, because that school life is important. I missed some homework, some math, some science rip, but thats ok because i caught up with mr K. Kind of
I attend Manukau Christian school, and its really nice. I had some preconceptions about it, but all the children are friendly and polite, and i now have senpai moments in my bedroom while reliving the highlights of my day. I am cringe. In my homeroom we got a whole bunch of year levels that separate like soap water. I sit next to Avarua, who is Samaori, i think. Lets just chuck her into pacific and be done. behind me I got Talitha who is geek level smarts, and shes also really cool. *whimper. She sits next to Esha, who is a wee bit crazy but oh well, all the best are. Across from me I got Pazia, who can draw and eats sushi for lunch and some others who i have forgotten because short-term memory is in the trash. I recall the definition for library which i learned 2 years ago, but not, WAIT. I got it, Kanak. She is short, sorry, bubbly, has cool hair and i forgot what year she is, but probably 10. Her nicknames include Kanakonut, Kanaky fried chicken, which is funny because she's veg and there's more but ehh.
Wednesday was cool, i played football, yeeted the ball away from kangwa, stole the ball and ran away, and wore my jacket for too long inside, leaving me looking very sick. we're doing European powers before the 20th century right now, I think.
English
Just finished Robinson Crusoe, now we shall examine his character building and stuff like that. Looking for common themes, identify the major changes to his character, what influenced them and we got to provide examples from the text as well. I like english, might be a LIT kid idk.
Math: missed 2 classes, so got to work on the stuff i missed, covered Pythagoras theory abt RIght angled triangles and applying to solve for a, b or h. H is hypotenuse btw.
Geometry is fun, i have to work on applying rules to find angles, seeing where i can apply rules and yeah. basically grab that textbook and do some work you lazy child, theres' a test next week!
Economics: Got an assignment on budgeting ahh its so fun. I'm 22, flatting and i am sad loner girl. I got food expenses, entertainment, transport (hop card), rent, medicals, shopping, Insurance, subscriptions to magazines.
I reckon my biggest spend would be entertainment, cause i would be chilling at cinemas, going on adventures at parks and travelling to cool places with friends, outdoor activities, just socialising in general.
In Science we do a mixed thing, IGCSE and now we lay foundation for AS and A level. IGCSE is for 2 years. In biology we learning abt ANimal nutrition this term, basically humans, what we eat, how we eat it, how the food affects us, fitness and healthiness and stuff.
Ms Prakasa is a cool teacher because she engages us, asks us questions, then makes us reconsider our answers with a quirk of the eyebrows and a slight smile.
She knows a lot but not everything so i ask her random science questions sometimes and its really cool to hear her answers.
My Boyd is fun, because he is 26 and he can quote stuff. He teaches us (year 9s) english and economics. i like his classes because he gives us examples from his life, lets us discuss and the classroom vibe is relaxed.
Mr K is awesome because he is super smart but he doesn't take bs. I need to learn to keep my mouth shut in math, because nobody cares. we all got work, so hurry up and finish yours and then start drawing/reading nat geo you lazy child. Yes i rant, yes i'm crazy, oh well.
Might write more, but gonna end here now. will do Macbeth feature thing tomorrow, because I AM MACBETH WOOO ahhhhh
ok bye for now,
will write soon.
